For anyone paying attention, Snooki is looking much slimmer this season than previous years. Snooki’s weight loss is going to be a topic of many tabloids and bloggers. Usually she’s panned for being overweight, but since she lost the weight she’s going to be the darling of the media for a little while.

So how did Snooki loose that weight? Well she is not endorsing any products, but on the show she was show doing a home workout. That workout included pelvis thrusts, dips, and situps.

That’s right she has elected to go on the cookie diet, as she told US Magazine in a recent interview.  She maybe looking to slim down under the pressure of being on television in cable’s highest rated show, or maybe its just for personal reasons.  Either way it is interesting that she has choose this diet as the diet of choice to get started.

“I used to be fit,” she tells UsMagazine.com. “Now I look at myself, and I’m like, What the hell happened?”

So the MTV reality star, 22, is now on Dr. Siegal’s cookie diet.

On the diet, she eats only one meal a day (usually chicken) — and six cookies, each of which suppresses hunger. The six cookies — which contain beef and milk protein — each contain about 11 grams of carbohydrates and 90 calories.

The biggest challenge so far? No binge drinking!

“If I go out I am going to have a drink, but I am not going to have 10 drinks like I usually would,” she says.

The 4′9″ star’s ultimate goal: “I would like be back to 100 lbs; I’m 110 right now.”

The cookie diet is becoming a sensation among celebrities it seems like.  Just a few days ago we posted about Kim Kardashian and her ties to the diet.  These starlets are under so much pressure to be thin for the constant barrage of cameras you certainly can see why they would be open to trying any new diets that come their way.

While the reality television vixen has been a spokeswoman for several things including, Quick Trim diet, she may or may have not also endorsed a cookie diet company depending on what you believe.

When researching this, I found that indeed Kardashian has publicly spoken out about the Dr. Siegal’s Cookie Diet.  She tweeted:

“Dr. Siegal’s cookie diet is falsely promoting that I’m on this diet. NOT TRUE! I would never do this unhealthy diet! I do QuickTrim!”

“If this Dr. Siegal is lying about me being on this diet, what else are they lying about?”

Dr. Siegal’s company quickly started a lawsuit with her, claiming that she failed to disclose that she is paid by Quick Trim.

Very interesting right?  She allegedly is a Quick Trim and Quick Trim only dieter.  But why was she on the float for the Smart for Life Cookie Diet
in the following Youtube video?

It is unknown what diet she is on exactly, but as far as we can conclude Kim Kardashian has appeared in an advertisement for Quick Trim and in an event with Smart for Life.  I am sure she does exercise, as she has a workout DVD out.

Ladies, that just goes to show you it doesn’t matter what kind of diet you are on as long as you workout you can maintain your figure.  We may never know exactly what Kim does to keep herself looking good, but we do know it involves a proper workout schedule and a balanced diet!
