Lady Gagas Diet Plan

Lady Gaga is an international star.  There is no denying that.  A lot of people say that the reason why she hit is big is not just her fanbase, not just her catchy lyrics, not just her eccentric costumes, but her look.  There is no secret that in the entertainment business if you have “the look” you will get much further than others.  Not to take away from what the 25 year old has accomplished, but the first thing that draws people in is her look.

How does one say so slim while on tour, grinding out long studio sessions, and doing worldwide promos?  Well, Gaga keeps a steady routine that helps keep her body in shape.  Here are just a few things we were able to dig up that she does:

  • Trains regularly

Even though she is a naturally thin person, she still has to train to keep herself in shape.  She works out at least 5 times a week for about 20-30 minutes.  This is something that you can do too.  There are many fitness devices you can use and body weight routines you can do in your room.  No need for a big time gym.  Gaga doesn’t spend hours in a gym and you do not need to either.

  • Maintains A Good Diet

Gaga has acknowledged some occasional drug use from time to time, but she still keeps a good diet.  You may think you need a million dollar nutrition budget but you don’t.  Gaga eats 5 times a day in her diet, 2 meals and three snacks.  This is something you can do as well.  Give up the greasy fast food and eat lean meats like chicken, fish, turkey along with a portion of vegetables.  Chase that down with a sugar free drink, and take at least one protein shake as a snack and you are good to go.  If you begin feeling weak, increase your portion sizes.  If you don’t lose weight, increase the amount of meals but decrease the portion sizes.

This is basic dieting, and along with a steady 5 day fitness routine you should have a body that looks like Lady Gaga in no time!
